Yes, we provide non-invasive moisture testing as part of our inspections whenever it’s relevant. This helps identify potential moisture issues early so you can understand what’s happening behind the scenes.
We don’t perform asbestos testing ourselves, but if we believe testing is needed, we’ll guide you in the right direction. Direct Hazmat is our recommended provider, as they’re fully equipped and qualified to handle asbestos assessments safely.
Our property inspections in the Manawatū, Rangitikei, Whanganui, and Horowhenua don’t include meth testing. If anything raises concerns during the inspection, we’ll let you know and recommend trusted specialists to perform the appropriate testing.
